    It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful city. Definitely stay here! i couldn’t believe it was so cheap

    Amazing view inside of property, state of the art appliances, very comfortable stay. Check in time is very strict so guest should look to arrive on time. Very pleasant experience overall.

    Spacious, clean, and reasonably priced.

    The property itself is very modern and beautiful. Check in and check out was a breeze and I prefer the layout to a traditional hotel. Had a microwave, fridge, freezer, fast free wifi, flat screen tv with cable, etc..... Everything you could ask for. If I'm in the area of any NUOVO property, let alone this Philadelphia one, they will be my first choice. Don't let the bad review regarding arriving at 2am turn you off, it ALMOST turned me off.....but I would have missed out on a great property.

    I arrived at the property at 2 a.m. as I emailed them and there were no keys in the package pickup place as directed (either the previous tenant or housekeeping forgot to return it I guess) I called the number they listed and there was no answer to all of my calls. At 2:30 a.m. I called hotels.com they said they would call the property but because they could not get anyone to answer they could not cancel or rebook my stay so I had to go myself and spend $175 staying at the Sheraton 3 miles down the road. None of my phone calls were returned by Nuovo but when I sent an email like the phone number suggested I did get a call back from two different Associates from that property both assuring me that the room key was there. So I checked out of the Sheraton returned to the apartments hauled all my stuff up there and sure enough no key again. I made a second call to hotels.com once again they could not reach the property so the associate from hotels.com told me to book my 2nd night @ Sheraton thru them & hotels.com would not only refund the nuovo charge but also credit/refund me for the 2nd night. NEITHER HAPPENED! There was a 3rd call to hotels.com when the refunds didn't clear, and every though other agents said they had recorded notes now hotels.com.claims no knowledge of the incident? I would never book with Nuovo room, they have no staff in person & not even a rep in the same state. Jorge who I spoke with from Nuovo said he couldn't give me a direct # & he lived in FL.
