Bad beds. Botched reservation. Harry was awesome!
We reserved two rooms on HOTELS.COM - confirmed by an email that clearly stated "2 rooms", yet the hotel only had received notification of one room. And the beds. Oh my. In a day when hotels are stepping up their game with extremely comfortable beds, these felt like thick cardboard floating on top of too few springs. Hardly any padding on the hard surface of the mattress. The one positive was the guy who takes care of the breakfast. I've never met a more helpful fellow - so glad to bend over backwards to accommodate anything you'd like. It really helped top off a not so great experience with a nice ending. Harry is a rockstar and their saving grace. We're grateful to have met him as we ended our stay.
