Right!! we have left our feedback directly to Hotel last month. However no reply nor acknowledgement from them. So really wonder if our voice are heard.
At the reception desks:we felt that the team were not confident enough to deal with client's inquiries.
Hotel facilities: we were disappointed to find out that customers from outside of hotel can use facilities(swimming pool,gym) leading to overcrowded at the swimming pool area. We couldn't manage even for for days to find any available sun bed,also the Swimming pool wasn't well maintained as we spotted there were rubbish and oil on the surface of water.
Also this isn't fair on clients who pay full amount rate and their desire to have inclusive services….
The gym and beach volleyball area were occupied from morning to evening by people who don't stay at the hotel.
Breakfast:There was no doubt that staffs were trying their best to accommodate hotel guests, however the food display was limited, the juice station weren't fresh, all tasted synthetic and artificial sweetness.
The selection of charcuterie was basic, the board was almost empty all the time, just two type of cheese were available when we were there. During our 7 days of stay. There were no changes of variety and options.
Food:The menu and the wine list looks old fashioned and quite boring unfortunately
The staff in the restaurant were always smiley and doing their best, however they definitely deserve more training.
