Short stay for a funeral
This was a last minute trip for a funeral service for our grandma.
The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We called before getting on our plane to let them know our flight didn't arrive until after midnight and they checked us in over the phone. Because they checked us in over the phone it made the process once we got there much quicker which was good because we didn't get in until almost 2am and we were very tired. The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day and the drivers were both very friendly. The hotel lobby is decorated very timeless and was very well maintained. The room itself was average. The bed was lower than expected and I could imagine some people may not like that.
My biggest complaint is that the creamer for the coffee in the room was curdled so I had to dump out the coffee I made myself. Then I went downstairs to see if they had complimentary coffee anywhere in the lobby - which I did not find. So I went into the hotel restaurant to just ask for a coffee to go so I could take it back to my room. The restaurant staff was not at all friendly and the entire experience in that restaurant for the less than five minute exchange was quite unpleasant. Worse, my tiny cup of coffee to go was $2.49.
Other than that the stay was really nice and we would likely stay again if life lead us this way again.
