Where to start? Firstly the welcome after the flight was well above and beyond, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient, secondly the 1 bedroom apartment!! Fantastic is an understatement, I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and apartments and must say this place was up there in my top 3. Could easily be No 1. The apartments are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The views amazing! The apartment was serviced daily! Beds stripped and everything fresh nightly! The facilities fantastic, gym good size, pools amazing and brekky on the 46th floor awesome! The area around the complex great also! Bars , restaurants and markets all within 500m walk! Do you and your family a favour and stay here you won’t regret it! Oh and the price of the 1 bedder! Ridiculously a bargain! See you again Lanson! Mal (Australia)

Great location

This would have to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are well appointed and very spacious with great views . It is great value, great location,perfect breakfast and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Loved this place!

Pros: Location, amenities (pools, gym, rooftop view...), staff service was impeccable. Value for money!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located close to restaurants, bars, mini-marts and shopping malls. Not far from Petronas twin towers (can use walkway from Pavilion mall).
What a great hotel. We had a massive apartment on the 38th floor and could not fault a thing. The amenities, the quality of fittings and furnishings, the view!!! It was so close to great restaurants and many shopping malls. The staff were simply amazing. My daughter was injured at a shopping centre and required medical attention. The staff organised a doctor to come to our room and were so helpful with follow-up calls and compassion. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Quality Apartments and facilities

Pros: Good Pool, Gym, Sauna, Breakfast, Views and Location
Cons: Had a non smoking room that smelt like cigarettes as opposed to my friends rooms which were fine. Reception sent housekeeping up with an ioniser machine and sprayed the room but you could still smell it. Stains on furniture. The rooms themselves were quite nice, spacious with great views. Toilet smelled a bit too.
Location: On the same street as a great nightlife district. central to Skybar, China town, Times Square.

Great Location, facilities, food street close.

Pros: Location, large 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, lounge and extensive high-quality facilities.
Location: Jalan Ceylon is full of residential towers, but not overly busy, good views of the KL Tower and over to Petronas, close to Jalan Alor food street.
Part of a complex of residential/serviced apartment towers, shared large pool, the suites are fully equipped and very comfortable, much better than a regular hotel for us. The nearby Jalan Alor food street is very crowded at night, but there are endless food choices there and in nearby streets with food styles from all over the world. You could stay here for weeks and not exhaust the food options.
