Poor location hotel

Pros: Not much.it is a new hotel, but the wall between the room are too thin as we could hear exactly the next room guest phone talking .
Cons: The staff seem did not know their job well. when asked about district location such as how far SS 2 or Hotel 99 from hotel, no one seemed to know; all shook their heads; unbelievable. ! The whole building is still under construction , and not many shops were open ; don't think safe at night; no security guards for the whole complex . The hotel is one of many in this new shopping complex . It is very unknown to taxi drivers . No food eateries nearby except one 7/11 like shop within this new shopping complex. Guests with children are not safe within this vicinity, I think.

A new Suburban hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Pros: Rooms and buffet breakfasts
Cons: I was annoyed to discover that the swimming pool on the roof level, along with a gymnasium and bar, could not be used by solitary swimmers.
Location: Petaling Jaya is an upmarket suburb of KL, blessed with several shopping centres and food outlets. It is, primarily, a base for exploring KL.
We stayed at the Best Western upon our arrival in Malaysia and before our departure for Singapore. For our first stop early in the Lunar New Year, we obtained a great rate with buffet breakfast included; for the second the rate was three times as much without breakfast being included. Then, we chose to pay the attractive MYR 18 (about $AUD 6) per person per day to gain access to a breakfast that was superior in quantity, variety and quality and better suited to tourists than anything available in nearby shops or plazas which tended not to open before 10 am. Like other hotels in Kl, it has to meet Malay, Indian and Chinese expectations as well as those of more conservative Western tourists. . On both occasions, the rooms allotted to us were clean, comfortable, well-equipped and serviced daily. I appreciated the water supplied daily, although never placed in the fridge, as it provided a small contribution to the liquids needed daily in February's oppressive climatic conditions. One curiosity of the hotel is that guests seated in the lounge outside the restaurant at meal times will be surprised to see a range of food basics and meals in transit to and from the kitchen across the lobby to a mysterious 'other.' The hotel is located in Petaling Jaya, about 6 kms from central KL and more than 70 kms from KL International Airport. Easiest access to the city is by light rail (nearest station, Asia Jaya, about 10 mins walk from the hotel) but there is usually a taxi near the door

Pros: Nice Rooms
Cons: WiFi was not a constant connection or very fast
I was Staying for business. Good facilities, nice pool, good restaurant and bar. Very friendly staff.
