the property is clean and modern, we like that it's on a clean street with lots of light, light traffic, everything is walkable. Just one thing that make it perfect is to extend the pool into a bit bigger, still have lots of space to extend it wider all around, and lounges all around to each unit or buildings, to accommodate all guest on the complex. It's a bit small for the whole complex. we still love to go back and recommend to a friend. Thank you for your hospitality. we'll comeback again.

I liked all the things I've ticked above. I disliked 5he lack of shade over the pool, which let it get quite hot and not refreshing to swim in.

The staff are extremely helpful and always enquiring if they can assist you. This place is great value for money located close to beach and easy walk to dining, quick taxi to Aussie Bar to watch the football

listed at 8.5, I'd give it maybe a 4 at the most.
One decent staff member and he was a security guard. Everyone else is arrogant and don't say a word unless you say hello first. Loud music playing until 2am, and so many mosquitoes it's a joke. Shower goes from boiling hot to literally cold every 10 seconds..

Good hotel, comfortable stay
Pros:Close to everything, taxi available at door if required, Coffee Club in Hotel, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Patong so nice and quiet,
Cons:Breakfast, a bit of variety each day instead of the same thing every day
Location:Everything is close, the beach is not even 1 minute walk, shops, restaurants, bars and Thai Elvis next door at restaurant most nights.
Firstly I would like to say that I was disappointed when first entering the room. I only booked this hotel as it advertised a room with 2 x double beds, as I was travelling with my daughter, I didn’t want to sleep in a single bed for 8 nights. There were only 2 single beds, when I questioned the reception staff I was told they do not have rooms with 2 x double beds, so false information on wotif website. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was very cold, set at 21 deg C. The room was cleaned everyday but the coffee cups and water cups were not cleaned or replaced and they did not supply shampoo or conditioner. The hotel is very quiet and not very far from anything, very close to beach, pool was very nice, the grounds and hotel were kept very well. There is no bar or restaurant and the breakfast was very limited in choice. There is a coffee club at the entrance of the Hotel and a 7 Eleven next door. The beach is not even a 1 min walk and restaurants and bars all around as are shops, money exchange, tour operators etc and the staff were very friendly and polite. We found the money exchange next to the hotel appeared to have the best rate every day. I probably would stay here again if I went with my husband.
