The closeness to bangla road was its bonus but also downfall as loud music can be heard in rooms until 3am.

Make sure you lease with the hotel staff when you offer an extended check out... They didn't know of this offer, however they did grant it. The staff were lovely... The hotel is smack bang in the middle of Patong's action/nightlife... so if this isn't where you want to be, stay somewhere else.. Otherwise the room was great, buffet breakfast was very good.

Firstly, I would like to thank you to Giselle (Expedia support) for the time she took to assist us from Patong V Hotel till we shifted to Elegancy Hotel. She was very very very helpful! Overall stay was very convenient, nice and clean. Except in the room, the pillow was kinda hard. For 4 nights i slept without using the pillows. The rest was awesome!
