I absolutely loved this resort! Staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us, especially Timmy at the bar. The resort was so beautiful and so clean. The breakfast included was incredible, so many options and so fresh, couldn’t fault a thing! Overall absolutely beautiful resort, perfect location and incredible in every way, you definitely will not be disappointed!!

doubletree was perfect, it was clean, location was absolutely perfect, close to Bangla and the night life but also quiet at night. Staff were incredible and very accomodating, Timmy at pool bar B took great care of my partner and I. Also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet definitely recommend. Would definitely go back!

As a premium room, for there to be “NO” drawer space, was a real oversight by the designer. We upgraded from a deluxe room which had drawers for clothes, to a premium room with “NONE”
We weren’t given an explanation as to why.
Be careful of mould spores in the room.
When we packed up after 2 weeks, my suitcase was covered in mould. Another issue that needs attention.
The hotel is in very good condition, and is magnificently located.
I do recommend this hotel but don’t upgrade to Premium, stay in Deluxe

We stayed here several nights, and then returned for another night at the end of our holiday. The staff were all friendly and helpful with special thanks to Amo, Biwty, Ping and Ashi who all made sure our stay was enjoyable and fun.
The buffet breakfast was amazing with so many options.
Airport transfers made it stress free to get to/from the airport.
Great location close to the beach and Bangla road, and plenty of places to eat and drink around including the hotels own bars and restaurants.
Only thing I would say is book one of the newer rooms, we initially stayed in one of the older rooms which was a bit dated and the aircon was very noisy, but upgraded and absolutely loved the room, much more quiet and comfortable. We will return here if staying in Phuket again
