It has friendly, useful, staff. The rooms are comfortable for their price. The hotel is next to the city bus that connects it to both Fiumicino Airport and to the Ostia Railway.

I only have 2 stars because the staff was so friendly. Other than that it was very poor. Our room smelled like BO. They obviously knew about this by the $2 air freshener they had in the room. Maybe next time have your rooms professionally cleaned. Next all the televisions in the entire hotel didn’t work all day and night.

This was a perfectly fine 3-star hotel. But I was told the hotel transportation would arrive at the airport at a certain time -- another van arrived, and if I hadn't asked the driver, I would still be standing there! He took me to his hotel, where a second driver took me to the hotel. (The morning trip to the airport was fine.) The hotel is close to the water, which may be fine "in season," but this was the end of the season. The closest restaurant was an outdoor pizza place (quite good pizza), but other food was a long walk away. As expected, the room was small, the shower was VERY small -- for one night, OK, but not recommended for a longer stay. There was a fairly extensive cold breakfast available early in the morning, but it was not made clear that this would be available before my shuttle left, so I missed out.

Its in a residential area, although it is close to the ocean, not close to anything else really. I will say the staff is excellent. Matteo and Damiano were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Damiano. Arranged transportation to Rome for us and made sure it was less than a taxi or Uber.
