We didn't like the smells from the old carpet at the carpark entry to the lift, and the carpet at the hallways getting very old, and when they done the room every day, they missed putting fresh mugs coffee and milk 2 out the 4 days we stayed. we are from Tamworth, and we have been staying at Ridges over the last 40 years.

The only onsite dinning (other than room service) closed at 7pm. Parking was not listed as an additional cost upon reciept of booking confirmation. Upon exiting property it showed the cost of parking at double what it should have been. Yet to recieve payment receipt. Had to request reciept for acvommodation payment. Skirting boards very dusty amd paint chipped. Property needs a good deep clean anð more tegular maintenance.
