THE BEDS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE, AND THE SHOWER HEAD LOOKED LIKE IT HAD SOME SORT OF DISEASE ON IT,, the staff at front desk were very rude.

We stayed here for Taylor Swift concert. Was an easy walk to & from the train station with quick trip to Olympic Park. Friendly staff, easy parking & great pub across the road

Great service from the team, room on the end of hallway was great, extra windows and its own internal “hall” made it feel larger. The parking a breeze and very affordable. Great stay and welcoming surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful big room, very clean and neat. Huge bathtub and lovely soft big bed. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful.
