The staff at the property were very helpful and kind. When our Eurostar was cancelled they did everything to help us make alternate arrangements. The location of the hotel was excellent and it was clean, safe and quiet.

Very nice property. We stayed in 4th floor walk up apartment which had plenty space for our family to relax and rest overnight. The location is only short walking distance to Louvre and easy access to public transportation to explore the city.

Excellent location, but the rooms were very small and felt very cramped for family of 4. We were on the 4th floor and there are no lifts, so taking luggage up and down was not easy. Plus the mezzanine got very hot despite having air conditioning on most of the day and night, on hot days, the temperature still wouldn’t drop. Could be because we were on the top floor of the building. Staff are excellent and very friendly, location is truly amazing, minutes to the Louvre and supermarkets very close and bars and restaurants also very close.

Great value, great location. The room was a bit outdated and on the older side, so we had a couple of issues. However, the staff was very nice and professional and resolved our issues to our satisfaction. Kudos to Anna.

The studio suite was a great size and had sitting space. The reception was very helpful and great service. There was no elevator and we were on the third floor. But we managed our luggage up the stairs.

There are not many hotels in central Paris that can stay at this location and price. The size of the room is small, and there is inconvenience of going up and down using narrow stairs, but the hotel also cleaned it and there were more good things.
