I must say my trip to Paris was divine, however sleeping was difficult. This was due to the unbearable late running trains! Also the sound of the boiler was echoing throughout the hotel all night long

Good budget friendly hotel
This was a good selection for us. We used the subway the whole time we stayed and there were several entrances near the hotel. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Easy access to everything we wanted. The only issue was the tub/shower. It was a tub, with a plastic half wall. Water got everywhere when you showered if you were not careful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Good location with access to metro steps from the hotel. Plenty of dining and shopping options within steps as well. The rooms are small, which is to be expected in Paris. The rooms are old, they could use a remodel. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and responsive. The reason I gave this hotel a 3 star out of 5 is because of the bed and pillow. The bed is actually 2 twin sized beds put together. You can feel the split when you sleep, along with very light, hollow, cheap pillows, it made our nights very uncomfortable. Also very noisy at night since it is located above the metro and in a very busy area. We could hear people out and about past midnight.

Other then very small roomsthe property was great. Right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the main metro station. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only thing, breakfast is not free as we found out only at checkout.

Very nice clean hotel in a great location across from Montparnasse, with shops, restaurants and 4 metro lines very close. If you chose to walk, Boulevard St Germains, St Michel and Notre Dame are within easy reach (about 30 minutes). Same for Eiffel Tower. Rooms are adequate for Paris. Though small by US standard, they are on the larger side for the average Paris hotel. On the minus side, there is one small elevator (Usual for Paris) and house keeping can be improved. We were on the 6th floor, so street noise was not an issue. Bed is comfortable, AC was great, WIFI is good and breakfast seems good, but did not have it. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Merci.
