Excellent: feedback on Pros/Cons
Very excellent resort/villas to stay at here in the desert in comparison to other resorts/hotels. Pros: Extremely - Very family-centric and considerate of multiple individuals/groups. Examples: Lots of amenities, gyms, many quiet pools, BBQ areas (Your stay also comes included with BBQ utensils in case you forget, which is a very solid touch), wine glasses, washer/dryer set for multi night stays. - LG LED TVs, most other places have bulky, outdated plasmas and can sometimes be more of an inconveniece than a benefit. - QUALITY pillows and mattresses. Extremely comfortable, hugs you perfectly, very content with this benefit. - quality Starbucks products for coffee lovers. - Bath robes, for over night/multi night stayers. Cons: - most resorts I’ve been to, have drinks/snacks in their fridges, and keep inventory of said products. Beginning of stay they take inventory of what’s in your fridge, after, whatever if anything is missing, is charged to you. This resort does not have that in place, which can be inconvenient, as they do not allow you to bring any alcohol/beverage that is not sold within their resort. If added, can be very convenient for guests and families. - parking.... only unfortunate issue this stay was you pay for a parking permit, which is $15. Should guarantee you a parking spot around your villa, right? Wrong. I had to park my vehicle outside the security gate, where the public park. Very upsetting, but can be improved. Overall: 9.5/10.
