Great Location, Friendly Staff......However....
Great location with friendly staff. I Understand the attempted reduction of carbon footprint but no glasses, fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room for a rated 4star hotel at a premium price is not what I would expect. I accept that I should have maybe researched the hotel a bit better, but the price was around what I would have expected for a full service hotel. My reservation was for a superior double and based on the online promo photos my room was a standard. When asked staff said the promos were incorrect, not a great look.

Nice location at Central Station. Room was small, but quaint. Enjoyed the breakfast, very good spread.
