Enjoy this 1-bedroom 1-bathroom spacious beach side condominium that sleeps four on the 7th floor of Phoenix III with a gorgeous Gulf front view. Very comfortable queen sofa sleeper, relaxing recliner, oversize chair, and a large flat screen television in the living area with outstanding water front views. Fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, beautiful granite counters and new stainless appliances. Dining area has a coastal wood table, four chairs, and two stools at the breakfast bar. Cozy master bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen television. Bathroom features shower/tub combination with a granite counter. Washer and dryer in unit.Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball goal, bbq area, raquetball court. There is on site paid parking available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on you driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. * Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
