Nice hotel but very out of the way

This is a lovely hotel with kind staff but I was not aware it was located in Stratford. I simply saw High St and assumed it was central. An hour out of main city area...restaurant is not licensed and not many restaurants/Cafes around. Main shopping area is a 10 min walk. Good for short stay/ business visits if you are flying out of London City.
