Online check-in system asked for payment details and double charged the room charge. The reception staff was saying that I was not giving her response and asked me to respond to her while I was busy looking for the details for booking for another room of my family. What a impatient and impolite reception. Poor hospitality.

Excellent stay. Checkin excellent especially Katy who went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Breakfast staff also helpful and cheery. Again the Spanish guy so very pleasant. PP staff are an asset . This us our 3rd stay and it wont be our last thank you
