The beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home features a large living area where the family can gather while watching the big screen TV, playing some games, enjoying some meals together at home or just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. There is beautiful hard wood style flooring throughout the living space with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has brand new stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to prepare a meal. You'll also love the granite counter tops, tile back splash and the large island where friends and family can gather as the meal is being prepared. The bedrooms all have new beds/mattresses and have flat screen TVs for guest to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower! There are new washer and dryer for guest use. Outside, the large front patio is the perfect place to hang and enjoy a cocktail or relax in the cool summer breeze!

Located in the wonderful community of Montego Bay, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pier for fishing, community pool and of course Ocean City's wonderful beaches. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants, mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

* Linen & Towels are included with rentals between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day. Outside that time frame there is a rental option.
* The driveway will fit two vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 139th street.
* The outdoor pools are open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend

Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood
Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood. Pool was only 1 street over. Neighbors were all friendly. Raised ceilings made space seem larger. We didn't need it, but was nice to have washer and dryer there. Only thing that would make it better would be if linens and bath towels were provided.

Perfect long weekend getaway!
The house is as exactly as the photos show. Lots of extras to use as far as cooking and cleaning products. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Able to drive or walk to restaurants and stores. Easy checkin. Outside patio to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furniture and beds. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Montego Bay beautiful
Wonderful experience staying on Clamshell Drive. The property was most importantly, clean! In addition, there was plenty of room and it was very quiet. This was a bonus. When we had our own property in Ocean City, we always had to deal with tenants above us or below us. The attraction to this property was that it stood alone, which we hoped would translate into peace and quiet. I slept like a baby the whole week. We are already wanting to reserve for next year. Bravo to the owners and the property managers!

Very clean property, everything you need without all of the clutter found in most rental units.
We had a great vacation, very relaxing. Community was clean, quiet and very friendly. Community pool was very nice. Location was convenient to all that OC has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Property is fine; beware inaccurate charges for false claims
The property was fine for our needs. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen as it was difficult to even make breakfast for a family. The pans were quite scratched and not in good condition. There was no scraper to be found. We had to purchase a few things to be able to make meals. This is definitely a farther walk to the beach than we anticipated, but it is nice that the property sits back in and it's a perfect area for riding bike around the community. My major complaint is that we were charged a ridiculous amount to replace a cheap mini blind in the laundry room because they said we broke a piece off. I messaged the property management company several times to adamantly deny this happened during our stay. Not only did it not happen during our stay, there is also no way the mini blinds cost what I was charged to replace them. This feels very much like a scam to me, so I would be cautious about renting from them. At the very least, be sure to take pics of everything prior to leaving. I wish I had done that, but I've never had a problem renting on VRBO before.

4th of July getaway
Rented this property for my family and my in laws for the 4th of July week. House was very clean, large, and very well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight mix up in the beginning where I was given the wrong address, but Dave answered the phone right away and cleared up the minor mix up. Very nice neighborhood and we all enjoyed sitting out in the front porch. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook.
