Excellent location, easy walk to beach and shopping along beach front, good amenities close by (Starbucks, ABC stores) building a little tired but location and beach view makes up for it, will definitely stay there again

This place was disgusting, we booked for 8 nights and did not even stay one. We are still waiting for our refund. The bed was dirty, the AC didn't work, the blinds literally fell apart, the lights didn't work, the fridge didn't work. There was rust, mold and weird marks on EVERYTHING. Drawers in the bathroom didn't open. Nothing like what WOTIF advertised, the room was about as big as my homes bathroom. you had to side step to get past the bed, falsely advertised very disappointing. We literally had to laugh out loud when we walked in. The security guard was saying that some of the rooms are privately owned and thus not serviced / cleaned- and yet we were still charged a cleaning fee. Save your money this place is horrible!!!

Close to the beach, great view from balcony.

Requested 2 beds,as I was sharing with my brother. Got a room with 1 bed, raised with with receptionist. Room changed to top floor room..still 1 bed! Floor dirty and grimy, window shutters broken, room not cleaned(stayed 6 nights),loud whistling noise coming from bathroom, had to flush toilet for noise to go away, shared balcony with hotel patrons(no privacy),no internet in room,phone in room did not work...the list continues
