In general the service was very good, staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms need to be renovated but we had a great family time. The dining options satisfied my expectations.

Breath taking property. We were upgraded to a suite, well worth the hour sales pitch (we denied). Food was nothing amazing but service was wonderful and everything, from the rooms, the property, the pools and walkways and the beach, were all so clean and well kept. Thanks for a great vacation!!

We just returned from staying at Marival Emotions and it was a fantastic trip! The resort far exceeded our expectations. There was lots for kids to do and the dining & evening shows were great. The staff were super helpful and did their best to accommodate requests. The attention to detail at the kid’s buffet was also a really nice touch! We will recommend Marival to our friends and family. My only complaint would be the 4 parrots that are housed in a cage near the main entrance. They seem bored and their cage isn’t a suitable habitat. I hope management will consider relocating them somewhere where they can have more enrichment and live in a more natural habitat.
