Loved the natural setting - could have had more food options.

Really luxury wilderness retreat with contemporary furnishings and facilities in a bush environment. Restaurant food innovative and very good. Only negative was that on the dining night the restaurant appeared a little understaffed for the "sell out " customer numbers and some difficulties in the kitchen. Would still highly recommend to friends.

A bit of luxury that feels like it's right in the middle of the wilderness.

Our unit faced directly into the wilderness which meant various forms of wildlife often visited (none threatening however). Access to the Visitor Centre was a short walk and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant served interesting meals accompanied by a good Tassie wine list. The staff throughout the complex were very helpful and friendly. We will use the Wilderness Village again!

The hotel staff and management at check in were really excellent. Very helpful when we had a slight hiccup with our booking - not realising we had booked a spa room for only two adults and could not take children. They sorted us out in a lovely family room at the same price, with no fuss. Check out staff were excellent too. Very happy customers!

Lovely spa chalet in beautiful scenery. Only drawback was there was no WiFi available in the chalets. We were told we could use the loung’s WiFi, which was extraordinarily slow.

Lovely premium cabin with a large spa bath inside. My ideal would have been a separate bedroom but it was quite roomy and well stocked with furniture. The lounge was very soft so it didn't get sat on. We appreciated the balcony and the privacy. Enjoyed very much the restaurant and buying some things at the shop.
