Bed was comfortable and reception staff friendly BUT there were two cockroaches in our room, bedroom window wouldn’t close and the fly screen was off sitting beside it and television was difficult to turn on and off. It was convenient for our trip but probably won’t stay again.

Great little room with plenty of space. Comfy beds and plenty of bathroom facilities. The room is quite dated but had a cosy grandparents' house vibe!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, although outdated (circa 1980) and the walls thin. We didn't explore the other property amenities during our stay.

The property is nice it jusy needs some general maintanance. Cable running across heaters in the room, bandaids over holes in the wall, restaraunt closed, washers on taps etc. I also had no playe in the microwave in one of my rooms. It is fairly present that the owners have no current maintenance schedule or don't seemed to.concerned about the preservation of the property. Some decent glasses and coffee perhaps. They did have fans extra blankets and things in the cupboad tonuse which i thought was good

It’s a blast from the past and just like I remember from my stay 10 years ago. For both the good and bad. TV not smart and wifi has limited download meaning it’s best to bring your own entertainment. But it’s cheap. It’s available. It’s within walking distance to the CBD. Recommended for short term stay. Like your plane to Tas gets in at 7-9pm and you need a place to crash. If you want to sleep in a bed you’re going to have to climb stairs as well so very limited for patrons who require accessibility considerations. Noise level dependent on other guests. Excellent backpacker and traveller in need pit stop. Reminds me of college. Safe travels!

Bed and linen, not very clean. Also carpet in room is dirty needs repacing. Games room is a nice addition.
