Room clean, staff nice and helpful, complementary breakfast basic but ok. Big gap under room door opening onto the outside (cold wind and noise from the street easily getting in). Heater very noisy. Room on 5th floor with very slow elevator. Only two luggage trolleys available : one was completely broken and the other was small, impractical and about to break.
