One of the best hotels in Belfast, the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The family room was spacious, bed/ pillows comfortable and every one had a peaceful sleep.

The hotel is a comfortable, friendly place to stay, very convenient for the two Belfast airports. Breakfast is quite expensive - £14 or £18 - OK if you can manage to eat quite a lot! My other reservation about it is that the complimentary water in the room is in cartons like milk cartons. I felt that was quite wasteful, as we never drank a whole cartonful, so I presume the rest just got poured out.

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel and fantastic. Food. I absolutely love this hotel and great location for Belfast city centre, ferry terminal or airport and huge car park.
