For some reason, our check in name had been mispelled slightly differently to our name, making our booking hard to find. Despite having the intinerary number and confirmation email. Then, we didn't receive the pin code text for our door, which resulted in us searching the car twice for the "check in paper" which we were told we had received and lost on our own accord, then after assuming frantically that we lost which ever paper we must of been given, we were then informed there was infact no paper and should have recieved a text. After calling a hotline provided by staff we were able to have a code sent to us which allowed us to get inside. Usually, mishaps happen in which we completely understand, however it was our wedding night, at 10pm, and I stuck on a very hot unairconditioned floor with a 6 month old very tired baby, all our luggage, including potable cot. We finally got the door open, to find the apartment only had one - one drinking glass?! I know thesw things are minor annoyances, but really frustrating on your wedding night after a huge day and with a baby in tow.
