Not sure if I’d give a second shot
Hotel was nice, people were nice or at least adequate. My biggest problem was the fact the air didn’t work. Only blew hot air, couldn’t turn it off or anything. Their only suggestion was to prop open the window. So I have a room blowing 80° air battling a window (with ridiculous loud street noise) blowing in 20°. It was best impossible to get comfortable. Wouldn’t offer me a different room, saying I had a deal and would have to pay more. Then cleaning ladies/room location. My room was in a corridor with 3 doors and a linen closet. Did not realize cleaners and employeees would be in and out from 5 am on. Also, not considerate and extra loud. Again, no support or anything from hotel just told me they are sorry.
