Sent in special request that were not acknowledged or responded too, rooms were never cleaned despite placing sign out requesting for them to clean an need new towels for the four days we were there, nothing was provided.

The staff at reception were very courteous & friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and they were happy to ask housekeeping to clean our room as a priority so we could check in early. Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Great restaurants nearby.

We were told that it would be an extra $25 per night for parking, then got in the elevator where it advertised accommodation included free undercover parking.
