We asked for a quite room and was given a room that backed onto a tennis court and looked put over swiming pool and entertainment area of the holiday inn playing music until past 12pm.we are also non smokers put next door to smokers so smelled the smoke a lot.Asked reception to arrange a taxi to go to airport next day this didnt turn up sent a bus instead for the same price 2000 vuv.very tired property work men dumping rubble at the end of your terrance when you are in the pool no privacy and an eye sore, this started pretty early in the morning until 5pm. 7 days eas way to long wish we woukd of done 3 like all the others did, then moved on maybe this would of made it a better holiday. We were glad to come home. On the plus side amazing veiw once you look past the holiday inn didnt realise until we got there we thought it just looked out to a lagon.

Fantastic location and amenities

Apartments modern, plenty of space with great views. Short walk to the main Port Vila towns, staff very friendly. Port Vila easy to get around with regular buses driving past. Next door at Mangos Resort fantastic restaurant. Apartment well fitted out with full kitchen, big bathroom with bath tub. Worth the stay.

Recommend a room with a pool!

-Great restaurant/room service. Prices not cheap but fair when compared to other restaurants of similar quality -15min walk to town or 150vatu (~$2) bus ride -Great security staff -May need to remind cleaners to replace used items but apart from that service was fabulous -Highly recommend room with a pool -Great view

Stylish apartments in an area close to shops bars.

Would recommend these apartments as they are connected to mangoes apartments and you can use their pools and restaurant. We were there last week for our daughters wedding in vanatau.although her wedding was not held at the resort,the family chose to stay there. Fantastic experience all round

Private, intimate getaway

Pros: Well presented and maintained. Away from the main streets. Lovely outlook. Fantastic sunrises.
Cons: Access to microwave in the unit I stayed in was very poor and represented a risk of spills or burns in the worst case - not for young kids!
Spacious one B/R apartment with all the necessities including fabulous en-suite and plunge pool. Nothing to criticize, and when an issue of maintenance was raised, it was dealt with professionally in a timely manner. This really is the place I would come back to in Port Vila, excluding school holidays when other peoples children would detract from the intimacy of the location. Loved having a kitchen. The gym and tennis court are great, but the noise would impact the quiet amenity of others during periods of high occupancy / use.

Living it up

Pros: The space and sense of isolation. Satellite TV & free Wifi.
Cons: Solar heating of the private plunge pool / infinity pool. Clearer understanding that managed by Mangoes Resort (where you spend a fair bit of time)
Location: You can easily walk into town (10-15 minutes) however, we would suggest you use transport when at night.
We wished we had more than the two nights in our apartment as we didn't get to take advantage of all its amenities. The resort is modern though (on closer inspection) not always of a high quality finish. We had a one-bedroom two-level apartment which was very large for the two of us and would suit an extended stay.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Only thing, more savoury options for breakfast
Comfortable, luxurious ,amazing bed, amazing staff, didn't want for anything,highly recommend, easy walk into town

High standard hotel for business or pleasure

Pros: Central, clean, with spacious rooms
Location: Port Vila has recovered from the cyclone and this hotel is conveniently placed for business or as a touring base. Its not a beachfront hotel.
A clean, well equipped hotel room with good views and access to the internet and to good sports facilities. Pleasant staff and good breakfast.
