Great for a crowd

Pros: where it is and the Esplanade unit is some way from the other units in the complex.
Cons: all very comfortable, probably time to upgrade the couches and a partial cover on the patio would be nice.
Location: The harbor beach is about 150 meters from the complex, the CBD, shopping, restaurants are really close by.
We've stayed at the Yot Spot before and always find the staff welcoming and the accommodation just right for us. The Esplanade suite is huge and can accommodate more than just the two of us comfortably. We had everything we needed for that extra long weekend; the units are a pleasant walk to the CBD, restaurants and the yacht club is straight across the road.

Location: Across the road from the beach and has a dive shop at the front office
Lovely modern, clean accommodation with everything you need available

Hidden Gem by the foreshore

Pros: location, price and the comfort
Cons: a blind on the stairwell window needs to be installed. more clothes lines
Location: we didnt venture out as it was only a stop over to get home from Qld. drove all the way from Ceduna, SA to stop in esperance.
WOW, was not what i was expecting. i was only passing through to get home from QLD. wish i had more time there. was a great place to stay. very comfortable. only disappointing thing we found that SHOULD be resolved is the window on the stairwell needs a curtain or blind. can see straight into the bedroom from outside. made the wife uneasy when others are outside as its the car park for another unit.
