Great location. Great property. Only negative was bathroom mirrors not usable except in silhouette. However a handheld mirror provided. It’s the only way you can see yourself to shave apply makeup etc.

The location was great - within walking distance of unique country pubs which offer modern fresh food & beverages; the Three Tails craft beer and smokehouse and the main street of Mudgee - perfect!
However, whilst the three bedroom, 2 bathroom was what we wanted, the dark mirrors in the bathrooms were annoying; the beds not comfortable and there was no mop & dustpan. It was advertised as Serviced Apartments, but just prior to arrival, I received a text stating, due to COVID, there would be no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. To our knowledge, there was no COVID in Mudgee and were't offered a slight refund or compensation like a bottle of wine, and as we weren't advised at the time of booking, or a day before, we didn't think this was 'good hospitality'. We had 6 coffee pods for 3 days for 4 adults and the coffee machine just didn't work, nor did Netflix.
We booked the private bespoke Kirsten van for a 6 hour wine tasting and we were 'supposedly' booked into our choice of venue for lunch. However, the first vineyard wasn't open and the lunch venue was closed due to a private function. Clearly the organising of the tour was not professional. Belinda, our driver, was quick thinking and arranged alternative spots to visit and we all had a great day. On the plus side, it was good to have a garage to park our car and besides having a relentless barking dog in the mornings next to the main bedroom and tradesmen building a house at the other next door neighbour, we loved Mudgee.

Hi Rhonda, thank you for spending the time to give such great feedback. We agree the location is great, being walking distance to everywhere in town – especially Three Tails and the Oriental Pub only a block away.
Currently, as we are bound by our covid safe plan until the 15th Dec, there is no housekeeping during your short stay, if you require anything, we offer you to call housekeeping and they will deliver whatever is needed or if you require assistance it will be done when you are not in the property. And unfortunately, it has been this way for 20 months and is not a part of your price. Your price includes a covid cleaning between guests. We will speak to owners of the barking dog and see if there is something we can do. However, this is the first time I have heard of the barking dog, and so hopefully it was a one-off occurrence due to neighbours being away? Trades people next door will be finished soon and only work during working hours and during the week. For any potential guests reading this, if neighbour’s trades people work at night or weekends please let customer service know and we will report to council.
We will rectify items on your list that we are able to be rectify such as dustpan and broom placement ASAP.
We will investigate the mishap with lunch bookings on your wine tour to try and prevent this happening again. We agree Belinda is an excellent and professional tour guide who is fast thinking and uses her knowledge of the area well so that if there is a change in plans, she is quick to solve it.
We are glad you enjoyed Mudgee and hope you return to the region again soon.

Great property - well located and clean
not a big issue but if a game or two provided we would have liked that - but we had a lovely time and would use again

Thanks for your review. Great idea about games. We do have a couple of board games in some of the apartments in the TV cabinet or hallway cupboards. We will ask housekeeping to check and make sure the games are spread evenly throughout the properties - so that no one misses out. Cheers, Kirsten

Spacious, extremely clean, excellent location and easy walk to town center and the Awesome Oriental Pub. TV’s a little hard to operate between foxtel and free to air.
