Hi We do advise that all apartments have stairs - we cannot be responsible for guests not checking. We did advise the guest to get a refund from Expedia and it appears they did not do this.

The property looks lovely, got to there, charges extra for parking when we didn’t have a car without checking (removed that), the room had only one air conditioner, the fan clicked, rooms unserviced, toiletries not topped up but you could purchase them, only one roll of toilet paper in the unit, no spare and the glass door was unlockable. Not to mention the barking dogs in the below units from what look to be permanent residents. This property looked great but was very disappointing

Hi Nyssa. Thank you for your review but you were never charged for parking. We do advise that parking charges do apply but you WERE NOT charged. We do advise that the apartments all have A/C in the living area only and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We are not a Hotel - we are an apartment complex so we do not have daily servicing - only weekly servicing, we supply a starter pack as all apartments do - this is advised on this site. As we are an apartment complex there are permanent people living here that we have no control over. Regards Karen
