Clean. Food poor and expensive. Wouldn't go back

Pros: Clean. Good location in Nelspruit
Cons: Many things. Working safe, better service, better food, updated aircon in rooms, working wifi, more helpful staff
Location: Everything is a drive away and really the only thing you'd go to Nelspruit for is safari. There are much better places to stay if that's your plan
Room was clean. Air con very noisy. Safe didn't work until the final day of my 5 days and manager wasn't particularly bothered (you do't want to be carry all your cash and passport around in SA). Once it did work it then broke with all my valuables locked inside, it took the maintenance man 1 minute with a screwdriver and hammer to open it - not very reassuring. Food was average at best and very expensive considering going rates so not good value. Service at bar was slow and sometimes non-existent. One of the receptionists was incredibly rude. Wifi wasn't exactly free, you got a small allowance per day, when it worked, which was irregular. Even paying for wifi there were times when it was unusably slow or did;t work at all. Location was good right off the N4 and right next to Ilanga Mall. But that, and its cleanliness, are the only two redeeming features. I would not go back
