The bathroom, had what appeared to be mole on the roof and the walls were quite dirty. The toilet brush was dirty and gross and left on plan sight. The room while okay, however was filled with mosquitoes and the person I was there with kept getting bitten throughout the evening and during the night.

Thanks for your review. We have done a thorough cleaning exercise and whilst we didn't find much to support your anonymous review, we are constantly making repairs and upgrades to the rooms - some of these are difficult to do during peak periods - we are always available, however, to assist guests if there are any problems encountered during their stay. The room was okay, clean however bathroom facilities were average, the toilet made a noise all night (constantly refilling .. probably from a leaky washer so it never stops refilling). Staff were very nice

the fan was so noisy that if you turned on the toilet fan the bathroom fan would start to whirl and grind...

Thanks for your review, albeit, anonymous. We have checked that all bathroom exhaust fans are spinning correctly. We would have rectified this for you, if you had reported it when you were here. Kind Regards, Chris

Need a rebuild in the shower area poor and slippery tiled floor, air conditioning worked well but is badly placed and blew cold air over the bed area making it most uncomfortable. The walk ways were dirty needing covered in months of blown debris and breakfast is only available on certain days we took it only once and was delivered on time . For the cost this was poor value accommodation badly in need of a make over

Your review is lengthy, albeit questionable. We serve breakfast 365 days a year, prepared and served by the manager -$12.00 for a full English breakfast served to your room, we think, is good value. We altered the dates of your stay for you, without charge, and whilst we try to ensure guests enjoy their stay - it is disappointing when some prefer to write about things post-event, rather than seeking to enjoy things during the event. Regards, Chris

Nice hotel, staff were great, room was poorly maintained with cobwebs and marks on the wall, the spa was falling to pieces and the room was not the one I thought I was booking, possibly I just didn't look into it enough, was decently priced, the hotel has potential to present a lovely nights stay
