Hi Rebecca thank you for your review. We wished you had of informed us of this carpet problem while you were here we are unaware of any smell in any of our accommodation why was this not mentioned while you were here instead of over the internet. In regard to our pool it i runs at approx 26 deg all year . Our pool is outdoors not indoor pool. As for paying for your child all children pay once they are 2 this happens not just at Kangerong but majority of accommodation charge for children
