I liked the location of the property it was a very clean atmosphere overall. I didnt like the checkin procedure because i was on hold for 50 minutes and i only wanted to ask a our the keys. Also the lady which they put me through for the instructions for check in was a bit rude and didnt answer my messages.

Overall our visit was excellent. The apartment was spacious & very comfortable. One recommendation would be to include some basic commodities e.g. sugar & salt. Our apartment #16 did not have a hair dryer- perhaps someone decided they needed a memento of their visit!!.

Disappointed
Family of 4 stayed 3 nts from Good Friday. Check in procedures were unclear; the apartment was not clean, used towels and bed sheets, dirty floors. There was no one I can contact to get clean sheets and towels. One bathroom door was broken, the other bathroom light doesn't work. Vacuum cleaner doesn't work. I realize it was the Easter holidays, but I booked this room months ago, and getting an unclean room was just awful. The upsides were a new kitchen, free WIFI and parking.
