Very convenient location with lots of high end shopping and dining if that’s your cup of tea. The room was very spacious but there was only one bedside table and no sofa. There’s lots of storage space and amenities though. The beds were queen beds — very comfortable to roll in. The bathtub was a bit too high. We felt unsafe having to climb in and out for a shower.

Stayed for 10 nights in a family room. Two queen size beds was very comfortable, room size was very spacious. Check-in and check out was quick and efficient. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and efficiently provided additional amenities when requested.
We had some issues with connecting to the wifi with our laptop and the staff promptly assisted and resolved this.
Entire stay was absolutely lovely and we enjoyed the convenience of the location of the hotel.
The only thing I was a bit upset was when I checked out and left my luggage with concierge for a few hours, it was placed in a storage area which had no air conditioning (as I had food/snacks, I was concerned the food would spoil in the hot weather and raised this concern with one of the staff.
Overall though, I would still give my stay at Royal plaza hotel 5 stars. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
