COMFORT INN REVIEW TO HOTELS.COM Frig not turned on, TV would not go to source - could not use Apple Firestick, - missed sports game (only remote for using 'source' at front desk), when I did get remote form front, TV would not allow me to use my Firestick remote to enter info, hand cleaner 1/2 gone (previous user?), toilet paper had finger holes in it, 2nd roll not folded over - previous use?, had to change room because of smoking, crumbs on bed spread on 2nd room TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK – PHONE DID NOT WORK, NOT PLUGGED IN – when I plugged it in – STILL DID NOT WORK…., COMFORT INN IS NOT 'COMFORTABLE'... Really want my money back !

It was very good. I had a little trouble finding the hotel, it was dark, 6 PM, and the sign was partially covered by trees. The address was no where to be seen easily. Check—in was quick and I found my room easily. It was very comfortable looking. When I turned the TV on there were no channels so I called front desk and Paula was there within five minutes. She fiddled around on the back of the TV and had it working in a couple of minutes, but after she left, I realized I was unable to change the channel, but by then I was too tired to call again. In the morning I went to have coffee and grabbed some in the lobby. A friendly maintenance man greeted me and made sure the pot was full and then I told him about the TV issue I had. He said to let the front desk know. I went in the breakfast room which was very clean with a pleasant woman making sure all stations were full with breakfast items. When I left the breakfast room I noticed she wiping the tables down including the chairs, the seat and the backs to make sure it was clean. When I checked out the cleaners were there with a big smile. I use a walker and she offered to take my luggage out to my car and put it in the trunk, which she did. The hotel was very nice, but what really topped it off was the friendliness of every single employee that I met. “Over the top” service!

The room was comfortable, well appointed, clean. It was sooo quiet! Nice surroundings to walk in after a long day of driving, breakfast was very nice--lots of choices. Definitely stay again.

Everything was very good, only there was no signal on the television, the staff was very attentive and very friendly. They offered me a change of room, they try to fix the problem at the moment if possible.
