Pros: the rooms are clean, it is a nice hotel Cons: the staff is rude, it takes forever to get towels sent up to the room. (We waited hours and called down 4 times)

Wonderful service!
All staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. All requests were accommodated immediately. The front desk coordinated a sympathy card with a couple of hot chocolate plus mugs when told of a recent death in our family. This hotel went above and beyond.
