Aircon does NOT work

Air con in first room we were given was not working and hotel knew because they had placed a small fan in room and no windows to open. Asked to be moved as it was very hot in room. Air con for Second room only pumped out hot air even though controls were all put to cold. Only saving grace was this had a window you could open slightly so room became bearable. Upon leaving receptionist asked how our stay was (2 nights); I recounted the aircon situation and she said other customers also complain about it and asked me to write it down on their comments card as “they” cannot seem to get anything done about it. Otherwise a very comfortable stay, well located for shopping and restaurants and very pleasant staff.
