Good afternoon Grzegorz, As per our phone conversation this evening I am sorry you feel this way. As I explained, you booked your stay with us through an outside booking agent, you asked for a 3 bedroom apartment, so you were provided with a 3 bedroom apartment. I would like to ask you, if you don't book through us, how would I know what you were expecting? We have our way of doing things at Peninsula, and unfortunately because these do not suit you and Anna you chose to leave this type of review. We have walked people to their cars since we have started at Peninsula, we have offered to help carry luggage, we have walked guests to their room and showed them how our fob / security works and this has been a policy of Peninsula for the last 10 years that I know of, which most guests are grateful for. We like to explain to guests how things work. Unfortunately you are the first 2 guests who have ever had an issue with it. So my apologies that you did not enjoy your stay. Kind regards, Francine
