Alarm went off at 3 am!!
The alarm clock went off at 3 am! I was unable to turn it off (even after unplugging) so I had to throw it in the hallway. Once I wake up, I cannot fall back asleep, so this seriously had a negative impact on my entire day thereafter. The clerk at the front desk seemed more annoyed at me than apologetic. The cleaning staff should have turned off the alarm when they did the room. I didn't get a refund. I didn't get a discount. I didn't even get a decent apology for this serious lack of concern over ruining my night's sleep.
