What we did not like was stains on sliding door curtains and sliding door did not open lock is damaged also bedroom no air conditioning no fan very stuffy apart from that it was excellent

Apartment had everything we needed! A clothes airer would have been a bonus for drying laundry on! Was disappointed to discover air con didn’t work- was going to inform staff on check out! But received call next day to get permission for tradies to look at broken air con. When we returned to apartment the tradies were still there putting new air con in- our second night was much more comfortable!

Liked the property and the stay. Was convenient to our requirements. Staff were terrific. Only problem was the television didn't work or had aerial problems. Changed rooms where the tv worked better but still had problems. This was the only glitch in our stay.

Absolutely disgraceful. The apartment cleanliness was so far below standard I hardly have words. It was apparent on check-in it had not been properly cleaned (and for some time). Whilst the manager was very pleasant and did send someone to clean the oil from the wall and grime from the microwave , unfortunately the cleaning was not adequate as the apartment was so poorly kept throughout. The tiles were sticky, oil on backsplash, dirty inside microwave, marks and spills on walls throughout, dust, windows filthy, even visible dirty hand marks over the bed headboards. The bathroom was too awful to detail. When brought to Quest's attention I was offered an explanation about new domestic staff who were unsupervised and perhaps in a hurry on the day I checked in. I was charged the full price for the apartment for the duration of my stay. I have never been more appalled at the state of accomodation, and at that rate per night, I am utterly shocked.

Have stayed many many times at Quest Narre Warren and I can honestly say I have never had any problems. The staff are so approachable and go out of their way to help you.
