The room we stayed in was beyond tired. The property is updating but the rooms still to be renovated were not the photos on Wotif.

Lovely staff when we checked in, rooms were nice and new. Only problem was the sheets had blood on them when we went to go to bed! Rang reception and they couldn't really care, although they did change the sheets when asked to

I love everything about The Grand Mercure, especially the compassionate and attentive staff. An unfortunate incident occurred for me at the hotel. The reaction of the staff was exemplary.
