Very impressed how clean it was .only problem was that the central heating was too high, I needed to open all the window and even needed the air conditioning on one night cos it was soo hot yet outside temp only 11.

Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Disappointing aspect of the stay was the lack of awareness of car parking and in particular the lack of information around the type of car parking available. I had to enquire as to whether car parking was available as not included in the details, to which I received a very timely response however no mention that the nature of the car parks made them unsuitable for larger vehicles. The stress in trying to squeeze a Hilux into one of the spots put a real dampener to the beginning of the stay.

I am sorry that the information regarding the car park was not made clear to you prior to your arrival. We do aim to find out the make and model of all vehicles when reserving parking. For future, Aces is a spacious, secure car park located 1 minute walk from the hotel and offers very reasonable rates. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
