Very small bedrooms. Quality of linen and furnishings low. Cooking facilities OK except there were 3 forks for 4 people. The bedside lights didn’t work as you couldn’t plug them in. No shower soap holders, toilet roll holders inadequate. Chewing gum stuck under the dining table which was chipped. No pool facilities and no warning that this was not available. View amazing.

Pretty grubby. Only one set of keys available - so was woken at 1am to let hubby in. Not enough towels, tea towels, etc.

The property was pleasant and clean. Maybe it should list that it is in the 50th floor which has a great view, but takes forever to get to the apartment if the lift stops at every floor on the way 😫. Couldn’t leave bags at property before checkin time so had to find BNB Bag. When I checked out I asked receptionist for a local taxi number and her reply was I don’t know. So to me there was no helpful customer service, you were only paying for the room. Check in and out I was told was just across the road and it was, but it is a very busy road with no traffic lights so you have to play chicken trying to cross, not good when you have children and luggage! Anyway ok for one night, I won’t stay here again, will spend a bit more money next time and stay in closer to city, somewhere that takes bags before checkin and in walking distance to city shopping, train station and free trams.
