We did not stay at the venue we booked and paid for. We paid for a 90sqm space and stayed in an apartment far smaller. There was also confusion about which address we were staying at, as it was changed without our notice or consent. View was amazing.

The apartment view was breath taking. Rooms were comfortable the best bed I have slept in in a motel . The second bed room was a little small for the bed. The area had lots of food outlets and tram stops. A few extra things needed in the apartment are a broom, dishcloth, extra bin liners, more toilet paper and tea & coffee ( we only had two tea bags).

The apartment was nice. The bedrooms were small but the living area was comfortable. The communication before and during check-in was very poor. We were not told about the building carpark and when we finally got a carpark the directions to the carpark were inadequate. Although we advised that we would be arriving early and wanted to check-in at 2.00pm we had to wait over an hour to get Into the room, it was closer to 3.30. The experience would be a lot better if the communication and customer service was better, but I wouldn’t stay in the apartments again.

Turn up at the property only to find that key pick up was at a completely different location after ringing the apartments. They said that the pick up details were on the email they sent out. No they werent and they weren't mentioned on the booking site. Then when we go to pick up the keys they had messed up the booking and didnt even have our room. They did find us another room way across town in a location we didn't want to be. Wasting our time, money (to get there), and seriously inconveniencing us. I could not give a positive or negative review about the condition of the actual rooms as we never got to experience them. We sent an email to the property complaining about the service but received no reply. Will never use them again.

The photos on the website was not what I got. Broken lounges Bathroom door lock broken/ wouldn't lock Shower head broken Slates missing from one of the beds Carpets were stained Lamps had no bulbs Front door would not lock from the inside Location was good in walking distance of everything.
