Modern kitchen surrounded by several dining areas & two living areas. Outside features a covered patio, covered large pool & huge treetop deck overlooking Elbow Creek. 15 miles/23 minutes to USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Centrally located in Melbourne, it is convenient to beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants.

Perfect house for families/groups participating in tournaments at USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Short 15 miles/23 minute drive.

MAIN LIVING AREA: When you enter the home, the outdoor Gathering Space includes a modern kitchen, formal living, formal dining, pub table and family room.

3 OF 4 BEDROOMS: Down the hallway, the master King bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double vanities plus two queen bedrooms and a gorgeous hall bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanities await.

4TH BEDROOM: Through the sliders past the covered pool and past one of the Outdoor Entertainment Areas to the Treetop queen bedroom. Light and bright, the Treetop Room has a window air conditioner to keep you comfortable.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS: Featuring a covered pool, a huge treetop deck overlooking Elbow Creek plus a covered outdoor patio area (between the inside formal dining room and Treetop Room).

HEATED POOL: Optional at $25/day. Pool will be 84 degrees upon your arrival for enjoying in the cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the pump does it's best to keep it at 84 degrees but, depending on the temperature differential, it may drop below 84.

We loved our stay at the Melbourne pool home! The house is very clean, nice open floor plan and beautiful pool. We loved being able to have our dogs with us! The beds are very comfortable and the house is well stocked for daily living, including many extras like pool floats, beach chairs and toys, baby items. The neighborhood is friendly and nice location to downtown and the beach. Owners were very responsive and available for any communication.

Excellent house for families.
No hassle checkin House was spotless and very well appointed. Has everything a family would need, including pool floats and beach gear. Spacious rooms, 4-5 separate gathering areas. Heated pool and BBQ. Many fast food options nearby. I recommend this home for families and friends to gather and stay. Also has a garage for your car.

The property is very Old. Decking arou nd the pool rotting and in very bad condition. Furniture not as pictured most missing. Furniture very, very old and not comfortable. The unit was very clean except for the grill never cleaned. The fourth bedroom is actually outside and should be stated as such. The host was wonderful he has many other properties and I would have to carefully investigate "quality" of property before using again. Pat Fischer

It was perfect for us the kids used the pool everyday. When sitting outside there was a nice breeze it was very relaxing. And the house was perfect for all of us. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was hard to leave.

Very well stocked house. Super clean. We liked having the car in the garage at night. The only disappointment was the livingroom seating. It wasn't as pictured. We needed the chaise lounge type sofa for older person who needed her feet elevated. The one that was pictured was no longer in the house. Kids enjoyed the pool.
