Beautiful hotel , great location, extremely friendly helpful staff . Overall a great place to stay within walking distance to restaurants , coffee shops & entertainment.

This hotel is very nice on the inside although getting to their parking area is not very easy if your new to the area. The room itself was very clean and tidy but it’s had a strong odour of mould/dampness which was a little overpowering when you first walk in.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to send through your review. Richmond is an area with littel lanes all over the place and can be trying to access the back of our building to the car park. I hope you were able disspell the odour of damp once you in the apartment and opened all the widnows. I am surprised to hear this as it has been warm and we get a lot of sunshine through the windows.

I really enjoyed the amount of utilities they had in the room including a washing machine, washing liquid, a gas top and dishwasher. They had free WiFi and a smart TV. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV in there too. The only thing is there was a dirty used towel on the washing machine that we had to wash.

The car park access is average and costs extra. The location is tricky with no easy main road access. The staff could not offer a simple local map of attractions. The door lock system is unusual for a hotel - does not auto lock when you exit. The room is fairly spacious. The city view from this direction is not so great. Good location for sport tho. The provisions are limited. The coffee machine is tricky. The internet tv is good. There are not enough powerpoints in the right locations. You cannot flush the toilet with the lid up making using the brush tricky. It was pleasant. It was available. Overall it was average. But nothing special. I doubt I would return.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the trouble to post this review. Yes we acknowledge that Richmond vicinity can be a tricky place to find parking. Old area with small laneways. We do explain at reception that you do need to lock you dorr on exiting as we have found this a most secure way ensuring your security. Shame you had not let reception know that you were not happy withyour view as we would have attempted to move you providing we had availability. The coffee machine is a Lavazza machine and you may have required some assitance on how to operate which again reception would have very glad to assist. Will get housekeeping to check the issue of the toilets as far as we are aware all toilets flush whichever you have the cover up or down. I do wish you hd come to reception with you all your issue we would been very happy to assist. There is a stand next to reception with all sorts of maps and excursions available if you could have grabbed one of those you could have resolved your location problems. I do apologise for you inconvenience but reception is all open all day just for these instances to ensure our guests are comfortable.

Great double room - perfect location for us as we needed to be located near the MCG- right near Richmond Train Station. Bus outside hotel takes you right into St Kilda .......

Thank you for you lovely response, the apartments are spacious new and clean and very welcoming. Car parking in such a built up area is so valuable and a great help to know your car is safely parked without a huge cost.
